Love Stories was founded in Amsterdam in 2013 by Marloes Hoedeman, a designer who built the brand around a simple premise: lingerie should feel like ready-to-wear rather than like undergarments. The label makes pieces meant to be worn visibly — under sheer shirting, paired with high-waist trousers, layered as outerwear.

The aesthetic is graphic and contemporary: soft mesh and lace in bold colour blocks, prints that read more like ready-to-wear than like lingerie, silhouettes that emphasise wearability over structure. Love Stories produces bralettes, soft-cup bras, briefs, swimwear, and matching loungewear in size ranges that follow European conventions through XL.
